I am a cognitive-behavioral psychologist (M.Sc., Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie) and seasoned business and career coach based in Munich, Germany.
With a Master´s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy and trained in Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Co-Active Coaching, I work with individuals, couples, and groups to foster clarity, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.
My approach integrates the depth of psychological counselling and therapy with the light energy of coaching, offering support in a safe, confidential setting. I offer individual, couple and group sessions, in English, in person in Munich or online.

Fee: €125 per 50–60 minute session (in person in Munich or online).

Couples therapy provides a supportive setting to improve communication, resolve recurring conflicts, and strengthen emotional connection. The process helps partners understand unhelpful patterns and build a more resilient and trusting relationship.
Fee: €200 per 90-minute session (in person in Munich or online).

In small group settings, you can learn practical tools for self-reflection, emotional regulation, and relationship building. These groups provide shared learning and mutual support, helping you develop skills that foster balance, resilience, and personal growth.
Fee: €60 per 90-minute group session.
